A note on pricing. Final pricing varies by procedure complexity, length of stay, travel party, and any add-ons (private nursing visits, PT extensions, family accommodation). Each engagement begins with a complimentary consultation that produces a written estimate — no obligation, no surprise bills.

Every CuraVita engagement begins with a complimentary consultation. We discuss your upcoming procedure, your timeline, your support needs, and your travel party. From that conversation we recommend a tier, scope, and total estimate — no obligation to proceed.
Yes. Most CuraVita patients pay in three installments — a deposit at engagement, a balance before arrival, and a final balance at week 4 of recovery. Larger engagements can be structured monthly. We work with each family on a schedule that aligns with their planning horizon.
Yes. Many patients begin in Surgical Stay and upgrade to Recovery Retreat or Total Care once they see the day-to-day difference. We pro-rate the remainder of the program and credit any unused services so you only ever pay the delta.
No. CuraVita coordinates your recovery experience — the concierge, the chef, the transport, the nursing, the post-operative support. Your surgeon's fee, facility fee, and anesthesia are billed separately by your surgical team. We coordinate with them; we don't replace or proxy-bill for them.
If a medical complication requires extending your stay, we don't penalize you. Extensions are billed at transparent daily rates — clearly quoted before engagement. The structured 90-day program continues regardless of length of stay in Miami.
