CuraVita coordinates TLV → MIA surgical journeys for Israeli-Americans and the family members who make the decisions. Hebrew-speaking clinical team, Shabbat-aware scheduling, kosher recovery housing, weekly clinical summaries in Hebrew for families back in Israel.
When we say "Hebrew-language clinical care," we don't mean a single bilingual coordinator. We mean the entire clinical team — from the first intake call through the post-discharge summary — speaks Hebrew, writes in Hebrew, and resolves clinical questions in Hebrew. Your family in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem doesn't have to decode a single document.
Medical history, allergies, current medications, and family contacts are documented in Hebrew before any procedure is scheduled. Your primary physician in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem can submit records in Hebrew and we handle the rest.
Private nurses, clinical coordinators, drivers, and the on-call nutritionist — every CuraVita staff member who works with your case speaks Hebrew. Surgery day happens with a Hebrew-speaking liaison bedside.
Post-discharge instructions (medications, warning signs, follow-up cadence) are delivered in Hebrew and translated before going to your physician in Israel. Clinical summaries sent weekly to family in Israel are in Hebrew by default.
A Hebrew-speaking coordinator on call around the clock — for urgent clinical questions, last-minute logistics changes, or simply confirming that everything is running on schedule.
Deciding where to have surgery is a family decision, not just a patient's. CuraVita understands the logistics a family faces — from the TLV → MIA flight to settling ILS → USD payments — and coordinates every layer. Below is what CuraVita absorbs so the family can focus on a single thing: the patient's outcome.
An established medical ecosystem with US/Israeli-trained surgeons and direct TLV flights.
CuraVita absorbs administrative and clinical logistics — the family doesn't have to assemble the puzzle.
We don't coordinate only with the patient — we coordinate with whoever the family designates as the decision-maker. That matters when adult children live in Miami, parents are in Tel Aviv or Haifa, and grandchildren are spread across North America. Each family protocol is built for that reality.
The form includes dedicated fields for the adult family member who acts as the primary contact: name, relationship, and phone. Your CuraVita coordinator speaks directly with that person — in Hebrew — without the patient needing to be present. Discretion is total.
Parents in Tel Aviv, adult children in Miami, grandchildren in the US or in Ra'anana. Each layer of the family receives the level of detail they need: clinical detail for the adult child in Miami, logistics for the parents in Israel, general wellness updates for everyone.
During surgery, the family decision-maker receives updates via WhatsApp in Hebrew. After discharge, the coordinator schedules calls in the time zone that works for the family — whether that's Miami morning, Tel Aviv afternoon, or Jerusalem evening.
Where the patient spends the first four weeks after surgery is decisive for the outcome. CuraVita works with a vetted set of Shabbat-observant recovery partners across North Miami Beach, Aventura, and Bal Harbour — all with walk-to-shul options where possible, eruv-aware drivers, and kosher-kitchen access.
Apartments and residences within walking distance of multiple shuls in the NMB corridor. Kosher kitchen access, hot-plate for warming pre-made Shabbat meals, and private Hebrew-speaking nurse visits. Preferred for the first 2 weeks.
Tower residences with full kosher kitchens and 24/7 doorman. Walking distance to Young Israel of Aventura / Beth Torah when eruv boundaries allow. Driver available outside Shabbat windows for follow-up clinic visits.
Beachfront residences with kitchenettes and Shabbat-friendly heating. Eruv-aware driver service for appointments outside Shabbat. Ideal for weeks 3–6 of recovery, when light outdoor walks become part of the rehab routine.
CuraVita works with recovery residences that offer full kosher kitchens or kitchenettes with a hot-plate for warming pre-made Shabbat meals. Walking-distance access to shul is prioritized where possible, and drivers understand Shabbat logistics: walking to appointments within the eruv when feasible, with a vehicle available during non-Shabbat windows. The dietary protocol can be aligned with the rabbinical authority of your choice when the patient provides it.
Pre-op consultations and post-op follow-ups are scheduled outside Shabbat whenever clinically possible. Friday afternoon procedures are avoided unless urgency requires it.
Kosher-trained chefs in surgical nutrition — lean kosher protein, kosher-friendly hydration, and pre-Shabbat meal prep matched to your planned discharge timeline. The dietary framework can be aligned with a rabbinical authority when the patient provides one.

Is clinical care really available in Hebrew?
Yes. CuraVita's full team — coordinators, private nurses, chefs, drivers, and the on-call nutritionist — speaks Hebrew. Intake, discharge instructions, prescriptions, and clinical notes are delivered in Hebrew. Weekly summary reports sent to family members in Israel are in Hebrew. Clinical care never depends on a family member translating.
How are kosher and Shabbat needs handled?

Walking-distance access to shul is prioritized where possible. What is the TLV → MIA logistics flow?
Miami offers direct flights from Ben Gurion (TLV) on EL AL and United, no connections. CuraVita coordinates the full chain — TLV arrival meet-and-greet with a Hebrew-speaking coordinator, ground transport from MIA to the recovery residence, B2 visa coordination for accompanying adult children, apostilled medical-record translation for the surgeon, and a chaperoned discharge. Return to Israel is coordinated with extra time to accommodate post-surgery mobility limits.
How does payment from Israel work?
CuraVita invoices in US dollars. We accept Zelle, ACH from US banks, international wire, and major cards. We coordinate with your bank in Israel when funds are settled in ILS at the day's rate — the final price is always in USD, no exchange-rate surprises. For long packages (Total Care 90 days) we work with staged payment schedules that protect the patient and the family.
How is return-to-Israel continuation coordinated with my primary physician?
Before return, CuraVita schedules a teleconsultation with the patient's primary physician in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. We send the full clinical summary in Hebrew so your physician can continue outpatient care without missing context, and we coordinate airport transfers with extra time for post-surgical mobility limits. Weekly Hebrew-language clinical updates continue for the first month back home as needed.
We respond within 4 hours — often faster. Share the procedure, the estimated date, and — if you wish — the name of the adult family member who will act as primary contact. We will send a preliminary plan and a quote in your language within 24 hours.
